QStrategyLab offers monthly subscription access to our educational trading strategies and tools on the TradingView platform. We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your subscription if you are dissatisfied with our services.

Refund Terms:

• 14-Day Review Period: If you choose to cancel your subscription within 14 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be provided.

• How to Request a Refund: Contact our support team at [contact@qstrategylab.com] with your subscription details and a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction.(this is only for learning purposes - you don't need to prove or explain why you cancel if you don't want). We will process your request within 5–7 business days.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

• Non-Refundable Circumstances: Access to premium content, delivered strategies, or any tool usage beyond the 14-day period is non-refundable. Subscription fees covering periods beyond the refund window are not subject to reimbursement.

QStrategyLab reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time, though any changes will not affect refund eligibility for subscriptions purchased under the previous terms.
